We truly hope you love your Amy Kallissa purchase. Every order is carefully packed and thoughtfully prepared from our Melbourne studio, and we’re so grateful for your support of our small business.

Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on:

  • Cut fabric
  • Digital products and downloadable patterns
  • Pre-order items
  • Sale or clearance items

For eligible items, return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging where possible
  • Not be washed, cut, or altered in any way

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

We will happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, we are unable to offer refunds on digital patterns or downloadable products once purchased.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll gladly help.

Patterns

We cannot accept the return of patterns or booklets due to copyright law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Colour & Product Variations

We do our best to photograph products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly between screens, devices, and fabric print batches.

Minor variations in colour or placement are not considered faults.
