Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Please allow a little extra time during product launches, sales periods, holidays, or busy release weekends.

Pre-order items will be shipped within the timeframe specified on the individual product listing.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and destination.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We happily ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally range between 7–21 business days once dispatched.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Digital Products

Digital patterns and downloadable products are delivered instantly via email after purchase confirmation.
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our very best to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, once parcels have been lodged with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Amy Kallissa cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if parcels are returned and need to be resent.
