Cancellation policy

At Amy Kallissa, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, thoughtful, and transparent. Please read the following information regarding order cancellations, pre-orders, and purchase commitments before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or delivered, we are unable to cancel the purchase.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer pre-order products and limited releases.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Estimated shipping dates are approximate only
  • Delays can occasionally occur due to supplier or shipping circumstances outside of our control
  • Your entire order may be held and shipped together once pre-order items arrive unless otherwise stated

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled only before stock has been allocated or dispatched.

Digital Products

All digital patterns and downloadable purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been completed.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll happily assist.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription or membership option, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us before your next billing date.

Once a recurring payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for the current billing period.

Workshops and Sit & Sews

Amy Kallissa classes are only suitable to those aged 12 years and up. If you are unable to attend your class, you may give your place to a friend or contact Amy Kallissa to book into another class at another time.

If for some reason, Amy Kallissa needs to postpone or cancel a class, you will be contacted as soon as possible when an alternative date/s will be offered to you or a full refund of your money.

Custom or Made-To-Order Products

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Please ensure all customisation details and shipping information are correct at the time of purchase.
