Acorn Pincushion Pattern

Make something fast with this sewing pattern for a fabric acorn pincushion. It’s a low‑pressure, high‑reward project that comes together in no time. 

The pattern is super versatile and can be made in a variety of fabrics including cotton, velvet, linen and recycled doily's. I made one out of a finished tapestry too ! Each one is so cute that you'll want to keep trying new combinations too.

This pattern delivers a neat pincushion that’s practical, giftable, and 100% charming. For an added bonus, consider adding a sachet of lavender when you stuff your acorn and then popping your acorn in with your linens or hang it in your wardrobe.

Finished product measures approximately ~ 4 1/2" (12cm) long

Skill Level: Beginner Friendly - If you can sew straight seams and use a basic sewing machine, you’ll do well!
