Birdsong Cushion (Hard Copy)

Is there anything better than a beautiful spring morning?! Flowers blooming and bluebirds darting in and around the garden as they enjoy the warm sunshine?!

The pattern contains 16 page booklet featuring high resolution images for inspiration together with stitch guide for both bright and pastel colour ways and detailed, coloured graphics highlighting the step by step process for making yo-yo’s and cushion construction complete with hidden zipper. The pattern also includes iron-on transfer, pattern trace off and yo-yo placement guide.

You’ll Need –

• Embroidery Threads (see thread requirements for optional colourways in image above)
• Fat 8th white linen or cotton/linen blend (I used Purity Linen – White)
• Fat 8th lightweight iron-on stabiliser 
• 60cm main cushion fabric
• Fabric scraps for yo-yo border (approx 3″ square each)
• Clover Quick Yo-Yo Maker – Small (optional)
• Hand sewing thread (in coordinating colour to main fabric)
• 56cm dress zip (in coordinating colour to main fabric)
• 35cm x 50cm cushion insert
• Whoops-a-Daisy Thread Balm
